Bill and Jeanne have been in the Marketing business for over 30 years

They have worked together in the real estate industry for the past 20 years and have achieved quite a level of success. They have moved to the Idaho Falls area from Snohomish, Washington this past year to be closer to their growing family. Before they moved to Washington in 1988, they owned and operated Ink designs in Chicago, which was a commercial art studio and marketing consulting company. They have been helping businesses grow and families get into homes their whole entire lives.


Bill's Achievements
Opened up new territories for a Marine Distributor in the 1970's.
Sold new and used cars in Chicago and became one of the top salesman in the country.
Owned and operated a marketing firm that trained sales personnel in all industries.
Became a 'Top Producer' in real estate sales in his first year of selling.
Graduate of REALTOR Institute.
Became a Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of all REALTORs achieve this designation).
Elected Director of the Local and State Association of REALTORS and served for over 15 years.
Elected and Served as VP of Professional Standards and President of Local Board of REALTORs.
Elected and Served as Treasurer of Washington Association of REALTORs.
Served as RPAC Trustee and Federal Political Coordinator for State and National Association of REALTORs.
Received the Frank Nardo Award for outstanding REALTOR.
Elected and Served as President of Washington Chapter of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists).
Inducted into the RE/MAX 'Hall of Fame'.
Became CRS of the Year for Washington State.
 
 
 
Jeanne's Achievements
Graduated with a BFA in Graphics from the University of Illinois.
Worked as a Graphics Designer with the Chicago Public Library and received national awards for her art.
Graduated with a BFA in Painting from the University of Washington. Her paintings are displayed throughout the US and Canada under her professional name Jeanne Mita.
Owned and operated a marketing and commercial design studio and received numerous national awards for her graphics.
Elected and served as President of the Friends of the Library in Snohomish, Washington and helped raise funds to build a new regional library in town.
Appointed to the Sno-Isle Regional Library Board of Trustees and served as Chairman of the Board for 2 years and help build 5 addition libraries in the area.
Elected and Served as President of the Washington Library Friends, Foundations and Trustees Association.
Received the Community Service Award from the Local Board of REALTORs.
